Jumia Egypt is looking for a Content Translation Supervisor

Job Description:
Experience: from 3 to 5 working years.
To lead, develop and manage the performance of the Translations Team effectively.
Experience in CAT tools (Trados) is preferable.
Quality check completeness and accuracy of translated documents (subject to appropriate translation and language skills).
Ensure complaints are investigated and resolved according to procedures; and escalate to senior management when necessary.
Team leadership and performance management.
