Compensation and Benefits Manager




Compensation and Benefits Manager is urgently needed for a prestigious group working in Construction, Real Estate Development, Travel, Tourism, Hotels, Security, Utilities and Transportation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and update the Compensation and benefits policies continuously to ensure and maintain competitive packages and benefits with Human resources guidance and directions.
Establish and modify policies and procedures to meet changing business requirements and all required formats
Manage Group wages and salaries structure, pay policies.
Implement annual salary and benefits surveys and analyses survey reports.
Manage development of annual budget and determine impact of salary actions and assist management with salary budget planning.
Strong focus on compensation & benefits programs to support attraction, retention
& Engagement.
Issues Job offers.
Ensure maintaining a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider.
Manage employee benefits programs and mediate between benefits providers and employees.
Review and develop HR Reward policies, procedures and processes.
Makes Analysis reports to know the deviation between Budget and Actual payments to take the decision for continuing or Cost Deducting.
Prepare monthly reports related to Group Compensation & Benefits.
Monitor monthly HR expenses and compare with Budget.

The candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in Human resources department with at least 5 years in Management role of compensation and benefits
MBA in HR flied is preferable
Budgeting
Creating Incentive Scheme for sales department.
Working experience on ERP system (SAP / Oracle)
Setting fully Bonus Scheme based on internal policies and procedures.
