Call Center Agent

Urgently required Call Center Agent with the following requirements
1. At least 1 year of experience
2. Bachelor Degree from a suitable university.
3. Fluent English proficiency
4. Very Good persuasion and communication skills
5. Good computer skills
6. Ability to handle tough situations/ handle hard calls/ Solve technical issues
7. Gender: Male or Female
8. Working hours: 8 hours * 5 days (shift from 9 AM to 9 PM all week days)
