•- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and PMP certification
•- Minimum Experience: Total experience 20 years, 5 years in KSA and 7 years of project management consultancy firms managing Design, Contract Procurement and Construction
•- Should have successfully managed 2 or more hospital OR Hotel projects in KSA
•- Strong leadership and interpersonal & communication skills
•- Preferably to be available in KSA with transferable Iqama
